Refund and Cancellation Policy

Personal Chunes

You can cancel for a full refund before an artist starts work on your song. Once production has started, the order cannot be refunded, but you can request one revision after delivery. If we cannot complete your order, we refund you in full.

Signature Releases and Brand Chunes

Deposits, payment stages, cancellations and refunds are set out in your written project agreement.
